TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All bookings must be made with a valid credit card and a deposit is always taken.

All guests booking accommodation at Sandy Beach must be over 18 years of age hold a valid credit card and to take up occupancy of the apartment for the entire duration of the stay and agree to the terms and conditions of the occupancy. Once a booking is made, we will confirm your reservation with a confirmation email. The balance of the reservation is due for payment on the day of arrival.

There is no refund for early departure once a guest has checked in.

Guests who reduce the number of bedrooms once checked in, will not receive a refund or reduction in the tariff.

Cancellations

If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, the full amount of the outstanding balance will be charged unless the apartment is relet for the total period of the original booking.

The full tariff will be charged if the guest does not arrive for the dates booked.

If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there is a $75 cancellation fee.

With adequate notice, we may transfer a booking once to an alternative date subject to availability.

Agreement and acceptance of this cancellation policy is assumed unless we receive notice in writing from you within 3 days of your confirmation of your confirmation.

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend all our guests to have an appropriate level of travel insurance.

Bookings are made with Sandy Beach and NOT specific units. Whilst requests are taken into account for specific apartments we cannot always guarantee allocation of a specific apartment.

No animals or pets are to be brought into the grounds of Sandy Beach at any time. This includes the pets of visitors.

Only the number of guests booked in and stated on the booking sheet may stay in the apartment overnight.
Sandy Beach has a strict NO PARTY policy. Guests are requested to take conversations inside after 9pm.Loud talking on balconies after 9pm does annoy other guests.

Keys will be allocated to you on check in. If you lose a key there is a charge of $85 per key.

If you lose your key and need to be let into your apartment after office hours, there is a callout fee of $90.
